Attorney Profiles Originally from Pretoria, South Africa, Ruan obtained the Bachelor of Arts (BA) Law degree from the University of Pretoria (Tuks) in 2017 and the Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree from the University of Pretoria (Tuks) in 2019. Having completed his articles with our firm, Ruan was admitted as an attorney, in 2022. Ruan specializes in criminal litigation, labour law (including disciplinary enquiries, CCMA, Bargaining Council matters), as well as civil litigation (including motor vehicle collision claims, domestic violence and maintenance disputes).
