- What is now Erasmus-Scheepers Attorneys of Pretoria/Tshwane, Gauteng Province, South Africa commenced practice, as Erasmus Attorneys, in August 2003.
- Rapid growth followed and the firm's then only director, attorney Michiel Erasmus, was soon joined by attorney Leon Els, son of the late Judge Johan Els of the Pretoria High Court, in March 2004 and the firm has continued its steady expansion since.
- The firm's current directors are attorneys Michiel Erasmus, Chris Morkel and Hannes de Waal who, ably assisted by attorneys Geo Kilian and Willie Hayton, continue to render specialist legal services of the highest caliber in, primarily, the following fields of law throughout South Africa:
